In order to better serve the community as a whole, we will be consolidating our Rural Retreat office with the main office located at 1785 West Lee Highway in Wytheville.  The same quality care will be provided for all of our patients at the one central location.  New office hours will begin October 1, 2015 to facilitate the needs our patients.  Monday-Thursday- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Fridays 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM.  Call 276-228-6499 to schedule appointments.
