Susan U. Moore is happily married to Christopher and together they have four beautiful daughters and one handsome son. They are natives of Wythe County and reside in Rural Retreat.  She balances her life between her career as a Nurse Practitioner and family activities including farming, church and their daughters’ sports.  Susan received her MSN from Radford University in 2005.  She has since practiced exclusively in Wythe County in family medicine.  Susan enjoys the challenge of providing competent and thorough medical evaluations for patients of all ages.
